Four Live Sessions One Hour Each Everything Recorded

From the instructor

Twenty years building brands.
Then AI changed everything.

Two years ago Joe moved his family to the mountains. His agency went quiet the same month. What happened next is exactly why this course exists — and why it's built the way it is.

The Situation

You are not confused about whether AI matters. You know it does. You hear it constantly. You've opened it a few times, tried a few things, maybe even found it useful once or twice. But you haven't gone deep. You haven't made it part of how you actually work and think and live.

You keep meaning to. But life keeps moving. So you stay on the outside. Aware. Curious.

That's not a you problem. It's that nobody has shown you how to make it yours yet. The tutorials are too technical. The courses are too fast. The content is too focused on hacking productivity or automating a business. And that's not what this is.

You know something important is happening and you want to be inside it, not watching it from the outside. That's exactly what the next four weeks are for.

Four Weeks
01 Week One

You learn what it is and how to talk to it.

Most people who have tried AI got a generic answer and moved on. This session explains why that happened and what changes when AI actually knows who it's talking to. You set it up properly, introduce yourself to it, and have your first real conversation. By the time you leave, you'll know how to use it for something real.

02 Week Two

You start thinking and writing with it in your own voice.

This is where it gets personal. You learn to use AI as a thinking partner, not a search engine. You work through a real decision or situation you've been sitting with. You build a document that captures how you actually communicate, so from this point on, what AI produces sounds like you and not like everyone else.

03 Week Three

You get real time back.

This is the practical week. You look at your actual week and find what AI can quietly handle. The drafting, the summarizing, the organizing. You stop doing things the long way because you finally know the short one. By the end of this session, you'll have at least one thing off your plate that AI is now handling for you.

04 Week Four

You make something.

This is where it gets creative. You learn the basics of image generation, the human version, not the technical one. How to describe what you want in a way that produces something worth looking at. You build a personal AI tool shaped around your specific life. You leave with things you actually made.

Who This Is For

You know AI is happening and you want to be part of it.

You've tried it a few times. Maybe found it useful once or twice. But you haven't made it part of your actual life yet.

You're busy. You have a full life. You need this to fit into it, not compete with it.

You're not a developer. You want to stop feeling on the outside of something important and start feeling capable inside it.

What This Is & Is Not

This is not.

  • A prompt library or a tour of every new tool that came out this month
  • Built for people who want to move fast, automate everything, and skip the part where they actually understand what they're doing
  • For people already deep into AI with workflows and real systems in place
  • A technical deep dive into how the models work

This is.

  • A practical foundation for using AI in your actual life and work
  • Built for people who haven't started yet and are ready to
  • About making AI serve your vision, not replace it
  • Real skills you use the same week you learn them
Why Joe

Joe Sadler.
Creative director. Agency founder.

Joe Sadler spent twenty years as a creative director. He built an agency. He worked with brands that demanded precision: Fender Guitars, Headspace, Gray Whale Gin, Cuyana. His work was carried by Dover Street Market and Bergdorf Goodman. GQ named him Best New Menswear Designer. He created the COEXIST logo that Bono wore on U2's Vertigo Tour.

His job was never just to make things look right. It was to make them feel right. To understand what someone needed to communicate and find the clearest, most human way to say it.

Then something shifted. He felt a clear pull toward AI. Not the hype version. Not the automate-everything version. The human version. He followed that pull completely, spending three years in daily immersion, testing and building, developing one belief: that AI is not a replacement for how you think. It helps you think better and communicate more clearly.

He has built AI brand systems for teams and organizations, led large-scale implementation training, and designed creative frameworks used by professionals across industries. He runs the AI JOE Creative Direction Lab, a high-level cohort for creative professionals who want to direct AI with the same intention and precision they bring to their best work.

This course is built for the person who has not yet started and is ready to. He lives in the mountains of California. He teaches one thing above everything else: how to use this technology in a way that reflects who you actually are.

What You Get
01

Four live sessions on Zoom

One hour each. Real questions answered in real time by someone who has been inside this technology daily for three years.

02

Full video replays the same day

If life gets in the way and you miss a session, you do not fall behind permanently. You watch the replay, catch up, and show up the following week.

03

Complete transcripts of every session

In Week 1, Joe shows you how to upload those transcripts to AI and use them as a living resource. The replay becomes something you can interact with and learn from in your own time.

04

A Skool community

Post what you learned each week, connect with other students going through the same thing at the same time, and access all course materials, guides, and resources between sessions.

05

Direct access to Joe

Via the community and email throughout the course. This is not a course that disappears after you pay for it.

06

A personal AI tool you built yourself

You leave Week 4 with something you actually made. Not a template. A tool that knows who you are and works the way you do.

Enrollment
$247

Four weeks of live access. Replays. Transcripts. A community. Direct access to someone who will answer your specific questions in real time. Most people spend more than that on a single dinner out. For less than one session with most coaches, you get four weeks of live access and everything recorded.

FAQ

Questions.

Probably not. Most people who have used AI are getting surface-level results because they've never been shown what's underneath. The first session covers familiar ground quickly. By the end of Week 1 you'll be doing things you haven't done before, and most people who consider themselves intermediate users are missing two or three things that change everything.

You get the full video replay and a complete transcript posted the same day. You also learn in the first session how to upload that transcript to AI and use it as an active learning tool. The only thing you miss is being in the room live.

A fair question. AI doesn't store what you share the way a person does. It knows what you tell it within a conversation. The practical approach: share what you would say to a thoughtful stranger. Your values, your communication style, how you think, what you're working on. Keep anything legally or financially sensitive offline. Most of what makes this course work is the kind of self-knowledge you'd share with a trusted friend.

About thirty minutes to an hour between sessions. There is a simple homework assignment each week, usually one conversation with AI based on what you learned. It is designed to fit into a normal day, not add to an already full one.

Yes. This course does not assume any technical background. If you can send an email and search the internet, you have everything you need to start. The first session is specifically designed to get everyone oriented at the same level before we go anywhere.

A fair concern given how fast AI moves. The tools will change. What this course teaches will not. Knowing how to think with AI and communicate clearly are skills that transfer to every new model, every new platform, and every new feature that comes after this course ends. That is the point of building foundations rather than chasing features.

You have been aware of this long enough.

Something is waiting on the other side of that awareness. Not just a faster way to get things done. What happens when you finally have a thinking partner who keeps up with you, who helps you hear yourself more clearly, who asks the question you haven't thought to ask yet.

AI does not make you less human. It makes you more. More of what you already are. More of what you've been trying to say. More of what you've wanted to make but haven't had the time or the tools to reach.

This is a rare moment. The technology is here. The noise has not yet drowned out the signal. And you are standing at exactly the right place to begin.

Four weeks. One hour each. A real person, a real practice, and a version of yourself on the other side that thinks more clearly and creates more freely.
